3. Payment & Refund Policy:

All payments are due as outlined in your proposal or invoice. We do not offer refunds for services rendered or partially completed work due to the custom nature of our projects.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of non-performance or breach of agreement on our part.

4. Intellectual Property:

All designs, copy, strategies, and assets created by ClickAura LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Once paid in full, you gain the rights to use, edit, and reproduce the final deliverables for your business purposes. We reserve the right to showcase parts of your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitations of Liability:

ClickAura LLC is not liable for:

- Any losses incurred due to third-party platform changes (e.g., Facebook Ads, Stripe, GHL)

- Technical issues, downtime, or damages related to hosting providers or software integrations

- Revenue loss or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use your funnel

- All advice and implementation services are provided in good faith based on our expertise but do not guarantee specific business results.

6. Third-Party Tools & Integrations:

We may use third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Stripe, Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel to build or integrate parts of your funnel. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms and policies of any tools or platforms used in your project.

7. Confidentiality:

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and any proprietary materials you provide. We will not disclose or share any of your information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

8. Modifications to Terms:

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
